Ambit Energy is an ESCO company based out of Dallas, Texas. It provides discount electricity and natural gas to customers in certain areas of Texas, New York, and now Illinois. Ambit will provide energy to 30 more states in the coming years.
Instead of using your incumbent supplier for energy, you can now choose another supplier like Ambit. Con Edison (in NYC) will still deliver your energy to your home and your monthly bill will remain practically the same. The only difference on your bill will been seen on the supply charges. Ambit Energy guarantees a yearly savings of 1% or more on your energy bills. It always provides a travel rewards program just for using the energy you are going to use anyway.
Ambit Energy has chosen to advertise through independent consultants. This means that anyone, regardless of income status or education, has a chance to make money through Ambit. There are multiple ways to generate money, but most impressive are the monthly residuals that you can earn off of other people's energy bills.
Ambit Energy holds weekly meetings every Thurday night on Staten Island starting at 7:30 p.m. at two locations: The Hampton Inn & Suites or the Hilton Garden Inn. Each are located on South Avnenue. I do not attend every meeting, as they are purely informational.
