Come to the Denver Chili Fest Saturday afternoon if you are anywhere near I-76 & Federal Blvd.

Just bring 2 cans of food to get in and you'll get to sample awesome smoked BBQ, fabulous pork green chili, and wonderful fresh salsas from some of our local vendors. Plus - you can try quesadillas made with any of a dozen varieties of green chiles, from Hatch Mild to the killer Dynamite that will burn your socks off!

This is a rare chance to sample and compare different chiles! I don't know anywhere else you can do this - especially made into quesadillas!

This is also a recipe competition - come just after 1 pm and you can taste a wide variety of dishes made with green chiles - appetizers, main dishes, soups, chilis and more.

Food Bank of the Rockies needs our help.[/b] Because so many are out of work, the demand for food from them is up 30%, but donations are flat. Don't like chiles??? Stop by anyway with some cans of food, taste the BBQ, and be on your way.
